Gateway Classic Cars of San Antonio/Austin is excited to offer this very nicely redone 1985 Jeep CJ7! Introducing this vibrant 1985 Jeep CJ-7, a classic marvel that looks as good as it drives. Its fiery Ferrari Red exterior is complemented by a striking red and black interior, creating a bold statement both on & off the road!

Beneath its hood, the CJ-7 houses a fresh AMC 258 CID I-6 engine, bored .60 over, that is renowned for its durability and power. The Holley 390cfm 4 barrel, Clifford intake, HEI distributor, double roller timing chain, a 3-core aluminum radiator & some long tube headers give you some idea of the thought & components that went into this build. That is all paired with a professionally built Torque Flight 999 automatic transmission, a Dana 300 transfer case, an AMC 20 rear end & 2.73 gearing, this Jeep offers a smooth and very responsive ride, making every journey a pleasure. One of the standout features of this CJ is its manual convertible top. This exciting feature allows you to experience the thrill of open-air driving, adding an extra dimension to your adventures. (Also included are full soft doors.)

The 1985 Jeep CJ-7 doesn't compromise on comfort or safety either. Equipped with front disc power brakes and power steering, it provides a secure and controlled driving experience. Beefy B.F. Goodrich All Terrain T/A radial tires are fitted for enhanced grip and stability on various road conditions, adding to the overall safety of the vehicle, while the matte black wheels add a touch ruggedness to the look. The 2 1/2" spring lift added just the right amount to fit the 33x12.5 rubber & it looks GREAT!

Inside, you'll find comfortable seating with seatbelts for all passengers. The stylish interior is finished in durable vinyl and new seat cushions, combining practicality with aesthetics.

This 1985 Jeep CJ-7 is a testament to the iconic Jeep brand. With its powerful engine, automatic transmission, and array of features, it offers a driving experience that is both exciting and secure.
